Dr. Antipov has practiced full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in Roseville, California since 2008. A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, his training spans three countries and three of the most respected institutions in dentistry and medicine — Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Loma Linda University, and Moscow State Medical Stomatology University.
His practice covers the full scope of OMS — dental implants and full-arch restoration (All-on-4 / All-on-X), corrective jaw surgery, sleep apnea surgery, bone grafting, facial trauma, and facial cosmetic procedures. He holds hospital privileges at five Northern California institutions, a California General Anesthesia Permit for in-office IV sedation, and an Elective Facial Cosmetic Surgery Permit.
In 2025, Dr. Antipov founded the Smile Again Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to restorative dental care for patients who would otherwise go without.

Dr. André-David Kahwach, DDS, MD
Dr. Kahwach brings a unique blend of surgical excellence, artistic vision, and global perspective to oral and maxillofacial surgery. He earned his dental degree with honors from UC San Francisco before completing his OMS training at Loma Linda University, where he also obtained his medical degree (MD) and advanced training in anesthesia.
With a passion for the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Kahwach is committed to delivering exceptional care across cosmetic procedures, dental implants, facial trauma, and orthognathic surgery. His approach combines precision with creativity — an influence shaped not only by his surgical training, but also by his background in painting and sculpture.
