Primary Diagnoses

Patient with maxillary hypoplasia, mandible is deficient as well, poor nasal and lip support. Patient with maxillary and mandibular deficiency class III malocclusion.

Orthognathic surgical treatment

  • Maxillary Le Fort I osteotomy, 3-piece advancement 10mm
  • Bone grafting to maxilla
  • Mandibular bilateral sagital split osteotomy advancement
  • Genioplasty lengthening and setback
