What "Dental Implants" means?
All on 4-6 or more Implants
There can be a number of causes for a complete or partial loss of teeth, but the problem needs to be solved either way. We recommend you take a look at the recent achievements in modern implantology. Or, to be more precise — express implantology, because the idea of spending 4-6 months with implants until the tissues fully heal doesn’t sound fun. We’ve got wonderful news! There is a new universal method that allows specialists not only to instantly remove the remaining teeth in the row that you hide shamefully with every smile, but also install implants, on top of which you can place a removable prosthetic for the entire jaw. This technology is called “all-on-4”.
This type of implantation is remarkable and, more importantly, it allows the patient to save both time and money. So what does it involve?
The "all-on-4" implantation has quickly become to the most accessible procedure for the majority of our patients. The procedure consists of the installation of 4-6 implants into the jaw bone, which are then used as a support for a removable prosthetic that fits the entire jaw. The implants are located at special positions relative to each other: two in the front — vertical, and two on the sides at a 35-45 degree angle. A temporary non-removable prosthetic is installed at this time. The distance between the implants is relatively large, so the pressure is spread evenly on the soft tissues in the jaw when chewing. The temporary prosthetic is manufactured from light materials: acrylic, plastic and other plastic polymers. It can only be removed by a doctor to perform prophylactic procedures, or to install a permanent prosthetic once the gums are fully healed. The sole purpose of the temporary prosthetic is to provide an aesthetic and functional rehabilitation. This helps eliminate the problem of waiting for a permanent prosthetic for half a year and overpaying for extra unnecessary procedures and manipulations. Following the installation of implants and the temporary prosthetic, the doctor will make molds and use them to produce a permanent prosthetic on a metal carcass, using the more expensive materials. For example, ceramics or zirconium dioxide.
Advantage of Immediate Implants & Teeth
A revolutionary new treatments is swapping the nation, saving hundreds of people from the pain and the inconvenience of loose uncomfortable dentures. The same day teeth procedure allows any age patients smiling again with confidence. Drammaticaly improving the quality of life.
Seeing as both the temporary and permanent prosthetics with this technology are non-removable, there is practically no risk of damage to soft tissue, functional discomfort, or insufficient prosthetic fixation. We view this method as less traumatic than the traditional dental implantation of each tooth. In addition, the “all-on-4” implantation does not require the removal of the remaining roots or teeth, because this is taken care of in the process of “all-on-4” treatment. Besides, in cases of atrophy of the jaw bone, all the alternatives to the “all on 4” treatment stipulate for procedures of sinus lifting or growing the bone in the implant area. This is a relatively painful procedure, it takes up a lot of time, and is usually main obstacle for implantation. Furthermore, the small number of implants simplifies the operation process and rids the patient of excess psychological and physical trauma. The operation in itself is very similar to traditional implantation methods. But one of its major advantages is the fact that the prosthetic is fixed immediately once the implants are in place, so the patient leaves the dentist’s office happy and with a new row of durable teeth. The entire procedure usually takes up about 3-4 hours under local anesthesia. And last but not least — the financial benefit. This procedures allows the patient to save a lot of money. The installation of four implants will be significantly cheaper than the implantation of an entire row of teeth.

A few words on the preparation stage and contraindications
During the preparation process, the doctor plans the position of each implant in the jaw using the CT scans, which is different for every patient. Of course, the patient will first need to attend a preliminary consultation and have a few laboratory tests done to eliminate any contraindications, which are usually standard: blood infections, Type (I) diabetes, severe nervous or cardiovascular diseases.
Concerning the prosthetic care
It is analogous to caring for natural teeth: daily brushing with toothpaste with a special brush or bristle, and biannual prophylactic dental appointments will ensure a more reliable and comfortable result of the treatment.

Teeth in one day
Thanks to the “all on 4-6 or more Implants” procedure and our approach to the implantation, our patients can leave the clinic with a full set of teeth in one day. Once the implants strikes root, patients return for the final prosthetics stage, which consists of replacing the temporary hybrid prosthetic with a permanent one.
Implantation under anesthesia eliminates any discomfort
Unlike the traditional approach and use of local anesthesia, we use intravenous sedation to make the implantation procedure more comfortable for you.
One solution with a lifelong result
Options like bridges and crowns on natural teeth as well as removable prosthetics usually only last about 5-10 years. But implants will last you a lifetime.
Implants look and function like teeth
Soon after your treatment you can finally indulge yourself with your favorite foods and smile more.
