Orthognathic Facial Asymmetry Correction

The patient has been identified with following preoperative diagnoses: deep bite, mandibular severe discrepsncy and assymetry, rhinoscolios, chin asymmetry, and class II Maloclusion.

Surgical solution

• Mandibular and maxillary osteotomies
• Mandibular bilateral sagital split osteotomy advancement
• Lipofilling of facial deficiency areas of midface and mandibular border
